Pre-heat grill to 350 degrees. Soak skewers in water for minimum 20 minutes.Peel and devein raw shrimp. Place shrimp in plastic bag, add extra virgin olive oil and Bobís World Famous Steak Seasoning. Shake bag to coat shrimp evenly with olive oil and seasoning. Remove shrimp and wrap each with one piece of hickory smoked bacon. Place two shrimp on each skewer. Sprinkle additional Bobís World Famous Steak Seasoning to taste. Place shrimp skewers on pre-heated grill for 7 minutes on each side, or until bacon is crispy. Serve hot.
