Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 40 extra large raw Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 40 3-inch pieces of hickory smoked bacon
  • 3 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 TBS Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning
  • 20 bamboo skewers soaked in water

Total Time

35 Minutes

Pre-heat grill to 350 degrees.

Soak skewers in water for minimum 20 minutes.

Peel and devein raw shrimp. Place shrimp in plastic bag, add extra virgin olive oil and Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning. Shake bag to coat shrimp evenly with olive oil and seasoning.

Remove shrimp and wrap each with one piece of hickory smoked bacon.

Place two shrimp on each skewer. Sprinkle additional Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning to taste. Place shrimp skewers on pre-heated grill for 7 minutes on each side, or until bacon is crispy. Serve hot.

Baked Halibut

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. fresh Halibut (or any other mild white fish)
  • 3 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 TBS Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning
  • ½ a Fresh Lemon

Total Time

25 Minutes

Pre-heat grill to 350 degrees.

Heat 2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil and 2 TBS of Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning in oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Place fresh fish in skillet and cook on stove top for 1 minute. Drizzle 1 TBS extra virgin olive oil on top of fish. Sprinkle remaining 1 TBS Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning over top of fish.

Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and squeeze juice of a half of a lemon over top of fish. Return to oven for 1 2 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.

Blackened Tuna Steaks

Ingredients

  • 4 (8 ounce) fresh tuna steaks
  • 2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 TBS Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning
  • Pineapple & Peach salsa (see "Other" recipes)

Total Time

25 Minutes

Heat 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil and 2 TBS of Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning in oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Coat tuna steaks with remaining 2 TBS of Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning (add more seasoning if desired). Place tuna steaks in skillet and cook to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a serving platter and serve topped with the salsa.

Broiled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Jumbo Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil (enough to lightly coat shrimp)
  • 1 TBS Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning
  • ½ fresh lemon

Total Time

10 Minutes

Place peeled and deveined shrimp in oven-safe baking dish. Cover with enough olive oil to evenly coat shrimp. Sprinkle 1 TBS of Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning over shrimp. With hands, mix shrimp with oil and seasoning to ensure that all pieces are evenly coated. Broil in oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over shrimp. Stir shrimp and return to broiler for 1 2 minutes longer. Serve immediately.
