Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients

  • 3 lb head of Cauliflower, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 Medium size Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2-3 Large cloves of Garlic, skin removed
  • 1 Tbs Salt
  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 2 Tbs Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbs Rich Chicken Stock
  • 1 Cup White Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbs Fresh Chives finely chopped
  • 1 Tbs Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning

35 Minutes

Combine the cauliflower, cubed potatoes, garlic and salt in a large pan, cover with water and bring to a boil. When the potatoes and cauliflower are fork tender, remove from heat and drain the water completely. Immediately add butter, sour cream and rich chicken stock into the pan with the cooked and drained cauliflower, potatoes and garlic. Mash all ingredients together. Fold into the mashed ingredients the shredded cheese, half of the chives and Bob's World Famous Seasoning. Place mixture in a large serving bowl, garnish the top with remaining chives and serve immediately.

Roasted New Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 oz New Potatoes (Creamers)
  • 1-2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1-2 Tbs Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning

35 Minutes

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut potatoes into 1/4’s and place in a re-sealable plastic bag, add olive oil to bag and shake the bag to coat potatoes with olive oil. Place coated potatoes on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning. Bake the seasoned potatoes in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until fork tender. Remove from oven, place potatoes in a serving bowl and serve while hot.

Grilled Garden Fresh Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 Garden Fresh Head of Broccoli, cut into medium size pieces
  • ½ Garden Fresh Head of cauliflower, cut into medium size pieces
  • 2 Garden Fresh Carrots, sliced medium thick
  • 2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 TBS Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning

Total Time

15 Minutes

Pre-heat grill to 350 degrees.

Take two pieces of aluminum foil (double thickness) and form a pouch/vessel that can be sealed.

Place all of the Garden Fresh Veggies in the aluminum foil pouch/vessel and add the extra virgin olive oil.

Sprinkle the Veggies with Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning and seal the pouch/vessel at the top.

Place the aluminum foil pouch/vessel of Veggies on the hot grill grate for ten minutes.

Remove the aluminum foil pouch/vessel of Veggies from the grill. Open the pouch/vessel carefully and transfer Veggies to a serving dish, cover with aluminum foil until ready to serve. Serve hot.

Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Fresh Asparagus spears, cleaned and trimmed
  • 2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 TBS Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning

10 Minutes

Pre-heat grill to 400 degrees.

Meanwhile, clean asparagus and dry off excess water. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place asparagus on foil and coat with oil and Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning.

Spread asparagus in even layer so spears do not overlap each other. Place in preheated oven and roast for 10 minutes until asparagus is crisp tender. Serve immediately.

Sautee'd Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 12 oz of sliced white-caps
  • Butter
  • Garic
  • Shallots
  • Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Thyme
  • Sugar
  • Salt & Pepper (for taste)

20 Minutes

Melted two tabs of butter in a sauté pan, medium heat. Added the mushrooms and let them release their liquid, 5 minutes. Added tsp of roasted minced garlic. Covered for 5 minutes until garlic and shallots were soft. Uncover and turned the heat up to medium high to render off the liquid and the mushrooms start to brown. Added half cup of Cabernet Sauvignon. Added a dash of thyme leaves. Reduce heat and let the liquid render down to a thick consistency. A pinch of sugar. An excellent accompaniment to the grilled T-Bone seasoned with Bob's WF.

Grilled Garden Fresh Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 Garden Fresh Zucchini, sliced medium thick
  • 1 Garden Fresh Yellow Squash, sliced medium thick
  • 1 Sweet Vidalia Onion, sliced medium thick
  • 2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 TBS Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning

20 Minutes

Pre-heat grill to 350 degrees.

Place Garden Fresh Veggies on a large baking sheet and brush both sides with extra virgin olive oil.

Sprinkle both sides of the Veggies with Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning.

Place the individual sliced Veggies on the hot grill grate, grilling both sides for three minutes or desired doneness.

Remove Veggies from the grill to a serving platter, cover with aluminum foil until ready to serve.

Skillet Seared New Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Red New Potatoes (Creamers)
  • 1-2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 TBS Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning

Total Time

30 Minutes

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Clean potatoes and cut in half. In oven-safe skillet, add oil to coat the bottom of pan. Sprinkle Bob's World Famous Steak Seasoning to cover oil. Lay potatoes, cut side down, in skillet. Once oven is preheated, put skillet on lowest rack of oven. Roast for 30 minutes until potatoes are crispy on bottom. Serve immediately.
